Do I need an Etsy shop to start?
No — you can build one from scratch with our AI Shop Builder, or plug in an existing shop.
Where does the keyword data come from?
Live listing counts come from the official Etsy Open API v3. Demand and competition scores are estimated from that data plus proprietary heuristics — every metric is clearly labeled Live, Estimated, or AI Generated.
How is CraftGlowAI different from eRank or Marmalead?
We combine keyword research, AI listing generation, competitor analysis, mockup ideas and profit calculators in one modern dashboard — with a real free plan and BYO API keys.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from PayPal or your account settings. No hidden fees, no long-term contracts.
Do you offer refunds?

Is my data safe?
We only store what you generate. API keys you add are encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes — CraftGlowAI works globally for any Etsy seller in any market.
Is CraftGlowAI compliant with Etsy's API terms?
Yes. We call the official Etsy Open API v3 with the read-only scopes needed for public listing counts, cache responses to respect rate limits, and never scrape or store data in violation of Etsy's Developer Terms.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your PayPal account, go to Settings → Payments → Automatic payments, select CraftGlowAI and click Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What languages are supported?
The interface is English today. AI generation supports English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese — more languages are on the roadmap.
Do you sell or share my data with third parties?
No. We do not sell your data. We use privacy-respecting analytics and only share data with subprocessors strictly required to run the service (hosting, payments, email). Full list in the Privacy Policy.
